Hi All,

I’ve tried a couple of times to install the OVA on ESXi 6.5 - everytime I get the message “Failed to configure local IP interfaces. Please contact support team.”. It then loops round to the install wizard again. Not sure about the ctrl interfaces, I’m just taking the default.

Any ideas?

Would you run the following command from the cli and send us the result, please?

lspci | grep Ethernet

Your NICs are in our supported NIC list. Did you follow up on the Vmware installation procedure as described in the following link?

Yes, the only thing I wasn’t clear on was the ctrl interfaces so I left them as default.
