SNMP and PRTG monitoring

Has anyone tried to add the prosbc to PRTG monitoring app before, i need some insights on the custom snmp that are included in SBC, which are currently shown in the PRTG, but their state is set to unknown or not sending traffic

Thanks for your response, but I followed the steps you shared, the SBC is added to the PRTG tool, but only some of the PRTG sensors are receiving traffic from the SBC over SNMP , and I was curious if any has done this before, so they can contribute their knowledge on that matter .
