Radius globally unique SessionId

On "https://docs.telcobridges.com/wiki/Text_Call_Detail_Records" / "https://docs.telcobridges.com/wiki/Toolpack:RADIUS_CDR_attributes_D" when says:
"Toolpack 2.9 and above support globally unique SessionId (unique across separate TMedia systems)" / "Note: Starting with Toolpack 2.9, this id is now globally unique (unique across different TMedia systems)."

This functionality: 
- is valid also on separate ProSBC systems?
- is active by default or we need to enable it on configuration?

It is supported on the ProSBC:

24 h323-conf-id string @{SessionId}

Unique call identifier for the two initial legs (incoming and outgoing) - 128 bits integer formated as xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.
