ProSBC+ Secondary Host Out of Memory Error

Hello,

I have deployed ProSBC+ Version: 3.3.9.31 on VMware ESXi via OVA and we have completed the initial setup and are beginning to do configuration. Over the course of this, our secondary HA host keeps reporting “Out of Memory encountered on host during TBRouter initialization”. Per the installation instructions, it should be operational with 4GB of Memory up to 5000 sessions. We have upped this value to 12GB and continue to get the error despite having zero sessions currently. I have rebooted the secondary HA host several times without any success in the error clearing.

I have upgraded to Version: 3.3.11.67 and rebooted both SBCs for good measure, and I am still getting the red banner saying the secondary HA SBC is running out of memory during initialization.

Just checking back in if there is any further information that I can provide to resolve our issues.

I did manage to fix this; the issue was that we had extra VMXNET3 network adapters configured, and each one significantly increases memory usage, to the point that the TBrouter process will fail to initialize.
