I am integrating freesbc sip trunk with my customer cisco unified manager express both equipment’s and ping each other and are receiving logs from each other identifying that they are sending sip messages but call are not going and more so on the freesbc is not showing green meaning the signaling is still down.
Please I need response Asap because the customer is threating to leave my network.
You can use tbsigtrace command to get signaling trace and analyze with wireshark. You need to check if your customer equipment replies to OPTIONS messages with 200 OK. I think your FreeSBC does not receive 200 OK from your customer.
