When I call the 800 number the SBC says that the call is fine but I am not getting any dial ringing in the progress of the call. I have included export of the call. We just started using the SBC as an inbound device have a missed a setup function to clear up this issue?

Would you try to set the following values in the NAP, please?
Go to NAPs → Select the NAP → Network Address Translation (NAT) → Remote Method For RTP → Force Passive Mode
Go to NAPs → Select the NAP → Network Address Translation (NAT) → Remote Method For SIP → Automatic NAT traversal
And, it will work.
