Hi there, I am having an issue making and receiving calls through my Callmanager. Has anyone successfully setup this SBC with callmanager? Im trying to set this up in a lab environment. The SBC will successfully make a call through the trunk to the SIP provider but I cannot make or receive a call through my CUCM. Plz help.

Would you check if CUCM sending the calls to the correct NAP port which you configured under the NAP, please? You can use tbsigtrace capture and make a test call and analyze the signaling trace. You can find more details about tbsigtrace in the following link;

Hi there, yes the trunk on the CUCM is set to connect to the LAN port of the SBC. I was able to get a trunk connected to asterisk before but im not sure if im missing a setting in SBC for registration.
Ok so an update, I was able to get the outgoing calls to work between the sbc anc CUCM however I am unable to get the incoming calls from twilio to connect to the SBC. This is the error that I am getting from twilio. “Request timeout with sip:+17138448443@external-ip”

Please use tbsigtrace tool to collect signaling capture and check with Wireshark if you are sending/receiving the correct packets.
