I’m having a strange issue that I’m trying to work with support on but thought I’d post here in case anyone else has come across this.
I’m using ProSBC with 3CX Pro and my configuration involves call queues. Issue I’m having is transferring calls, placing calls onhold and picking them back up. Also our missed call notifications don’t work and all calls show as missed calls on every phone except the phone that picks the call up.
Anyone come across this and seen it before as i’m neck deep in logs and trying to work out how the 3CX SBC does this so seamlessly when the ProSBC cannot?
Will this solve the queue call issue? I’ve already spoken with support and they advised me it’s not supported as yet. Are you saying it’s been fixed by selecting the below?
I’m confused. My call queues worked when ringing multiple phones, however as some SIP messages were not being passed on by ProSBC I was getting missed call notification and other issues.
Are you suggesting the above as a fix or for some other reason?
I’m trying to work out if it’s worth my time as I will need to rebuild my server since I deleted it when i got a refund…
